- Follow sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales target and KPI
- Lead, challenge and support distribution, marketing, technical and customer service to realize the sales plan together.
Main Tasks
- Responsible for the day-to-day sales management in the respective area.
- Solicit new business and retain, penetrate existing business to drive growth.
- Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, cost initiatives, reviews.
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strengthen customer relationship management.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base. Create sales plans and deliver accordingly.
- Manage sales within OTC framework, responsible for accurate sales forecasting.
- Realize the yearly budgeted results in terms of volumes and market profit.
- Responsible for the assigned direct key accounts and global key accounts account plan, customer event, customer projects to grow business with them.
- Closely monitor performance for the assigned distributors to achieve growth target
- Dig out potential new end customers, develop them to be new end customers.
- To support new product/concept promotion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Science and/or Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a technical service and/or marketing field.
- Solid selling skills with a proven track record of problem solving and decision-making ability, good understanding of Personal Care product portfolio and related applications
- Result oriented, Professional appearance with a can-do attitude.
- Good command in English is plus.
