Objectives of the position:
  • Follow sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales target and KPI
  • Lead, challenge and support distribution, marketing, technical and customer service to realize the sales plan together.

Main Tasks
  • Responsible for the day-to-day sales management in the respective area.
  • Solicit new business and retain, penetrate existing business to drive growth.
  • Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, cost initiatives, reviews.
  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen customer relationship management.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base. Create sales plans and deliver accordingly.
  • Manage sales within OTC framework, responsible for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Realize the yearly budgeted results in terms of volumes and market profit.
  • Responsible for the assigned direct key accounts and global key accounts account plan, customer event, customer projects to grow business with them.
  • Closely monitor performance for the assigned distributors to achieve growth target
  • Dig out potential new end customers, develop them to be new end customers.
  • To support new product/concept promotion

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or above degree in Science and/or Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a technical service and/or marketing field.
  • Solid selling skills with a proven track record of problem solving and decision-making ability, good understanding of Personal Care product portfolio and related applications
  • Result oriented, Professional appearance with a can-do attitude.
  • Good command in English is plus.
