Job Description
- Director of Food & Beverage ensures the smooth running of the overall Food & Beverage operations providing customers with the best possible service.
- Candidate must achieve the financial objectives (revenue/profit) set in divisional budget, whilst maintaining the highest service standards and following the hotel and departmental Policies and Procedures.
- To ensure a good co-ordination of all department in the division, ie. restaurants & bars, banquet, kitchen and stewarding so as to achieve each and every department budgeted profit keeping the customer satisfaction as a main objective.
- Financial (to achieve budgeted revenues while keeping food & Beverage, payroll and other costs in line so as to produce the forecasted profit).
- Commercial (Establishing the pricing strategies, positioning and promotion of the F&B outlets in co-ordination with General Manager, EAM and MARCOMMS).
- The Director of Food & Beverage reports directly to the Executive Assistant Manager/General Manager
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and always respects the HACCP regulations
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule evaluate and develop the Food and Beverage team
- Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
Work Experience
- At least 2 years experience in the same position, experience in AccorHotels Group is an advantage.
- MICE Hotel experience and Digital background knowledge.
- Experience in a similar position in 5 star hotels is a plus.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership - collaborative, enabling, and entrepreneurial
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Able to manage work, systematically, well organized.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Thai.
