Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the background development and implementation of the ByteDance user experience platform, Douyin ecology, R&D efficiency, etc., responsible for the architecture design, development, deployment and improvement of platform products 2. Research new technologies, participate in various technical problems, accumulate technical capabilities and industry experience, and grow and develop with the platform 3 , Put forward improvement suggestions for products to create the ultimate user experience, and put forward improvement suggestions for projects to improve the overall efficiency of the project.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, 3 years or above work experience 2. Familiar with Golang language, understand common data structures, algorithms and basic knowledge of operating systems 3. Familiar with common database MySQL or mongoDB, familiar with middleware such as Redis, ES or Kafka 5. Possess good business communication skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems, pay attention to process specifications, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have technical curiosity. Those with the following experience are preferred: 1. Possess certain architectural capabilities, and experience in design and development with large capacity, high performance, and stability is preferred 2. Experience in full-stack development is preferred.
