Role:
The Head of the Prep School will inspire pupils and staff through their leadership in delivering the strategic objectives of the College. They are expected to play a key role in the strategic development of the Prep School and the College. They will work with colleagues and pupils in order to support outstanding outcomes academically, pastorally and professionally.
School Requirements
- Fully qualified with a minimum of 10 years post qualifying experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Post-graduate qualification such as MEd or NPQSL would be an advantage
- Relevant UK curriculum knowledge
- Understanding of international or independent education preferred
- High expectations and aspirations, for themselves and their pupils, and to be demonstrably fully committed to an all-round education.
- Outstanding communication skills, be active team players and self-starters.
- Excellent inter-personal skills; Honesty, integrity, compassion, flexibility and a good sense of humour
- Strong organisational, self-management and problem-solving skills
