After Sales Customer Service & Back Office (8864) [Denmark]


 

We are looking for a After Sales Customer Service & Back Office to join our Silkeborg offices. The chosen candidate will provide commercial functions of the areas in scope with accurate and sustainable proposals generation and management for assigned product and services, delivers on time and updated documents such as contracts, offers and shipping documents, ensuring accurate sales and back office services in order to maximize profitability, achieve the operative targets as well as foster customer satisfaction, according to the approved strategy.

Main Activities:

  • Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process running in alignment with inputs and guidelines originated from Engineering Product Management as well as reviewing offerings statements in order to guarantee process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement, in line with cost control sustainable approach.
  • Participates in the design session and requirements with customer, involving also quotation team if it is necessary a deep dive for technical aspects, in order to ensure that all the commercial, economics (including labour cost) and technical proposals elements for products and services portfolio will be considered and will fit with group strategies and sustainable business growth.
  • Leads the information researches and gathering, conducts consistent collection and consolidation of inputs including resumes, project summaries and data from involved functions (i.e. Engineering, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Controlling), acting as point of contact for sales team and customers, in order to deliver assigned targets.
  • Conducts operative day by day sales office activities related to orders fulfilment management from data input to order confirmation and shipment as well as updating commercial data system and Business Partners master data, providing support with Purchase Requisitions, working closely with Sales team, Tech. Department, Supply Chain, AFC teams, in order to facilitate business teams and guarantee the most efficient process accomplishment.
  • Tracks and monitors commercial offers, contracts and related documents during the different phases, provides accurate internal data recording of sales documentation guaranteeing on time delivery, data integrity and traceability, as well as elaborates reporting able at highlighting critical issues.
  • Guarantees project documents, reports, tools and system are up to date as well as maintains a proposals database
    and related records promptly and accurately aligned according to corporate guidelines, policies, best practices and
    procedures.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in After Sales Customer Service position in dealing with technical proposal preparation and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of Company Product and Production: process, features techniques
